All parts offered, are supplied either from military surplus
sources, (new old stock) or are new British manufactured
replacements. Where a manufacturers name, symbols or
part numbers are used these are for reference purposes only.
It is not implied that parts are the products of such manufacturers.

All new or new old stock parts are guaranteed against defective
material or workmanship for a period of ninety days from the
date of despatch, provided they are fitted correctly and are not
altered or misused. Parts which are alleged to be defective
should be returned, carriage paid. Should examination of the
part at our premises prove that failure of the part is due to faulty
materials or workmanship, we will supply a replacement part
free of charge.

We do not undertake to bear the cost of re-installing
a replacement part.

Parts which have been correctly supplied to a customers order
and our catalogue description and are subsequently returned,
will only be accepted and credited provided that:

• a) Our prior agreement to return the goods has been
  obtained in writing.
• b) The parts are returned within 30 Days of Despatch
• c) The parts are not damaged or material has not
  been removed from them
• d) We reserve the option to make a restocking charge
  of 20% of the original spare part invoice value
• e) Postage, insurance and carriage charges will not
  be refunded

Prices listed on this web site, or in our catalogue can change
without notice, and should be checked with our stores prior
to ordering

The placing of an order and acceptance of the parts by the
purchaser shall be considered an acknowledgement that the
parts are sold and accepted to the above conditions of sale
